Hubei Yunhe Chuchuan Technology Co., Ltd. (湖北省云赫楚川科技有限公司, “we”, “us”) values personal-information protection. This Policy explains what we process when you use the Yunhe Culture website and related services, why and for how long, and how you can exercise your rights.

Public browsing requires no registration. Contact details in the website feedback form are optional. Sending feedback and consenting to publish a summary are separate choices.

1. Scope and contact

This Policy covers the website and documentation area, technical blog, feedback service and internal writing workspace that expressly refer to it. It also covers processing we determine for Hachi beta recruitment that we organise.

Personal information handler: Hubei Yunhe Chuchuan Technology Co., Ltd. (湖北省云赫楚川科技有限公司).

Privacy contact: cs@yunheculture.com.

Separate processing by game or application clients and independently provided third-party services is subject to their own policies. Third-party involvement does not remove our responsibility for processing we determine or entrust to others.

2. Information and purposes

2.1 Browsing, operation and statistics

Servers receive IP addresses, access times, requested addresses, response status, browser and operating-system information, and referral information sent by the browser. This supports page delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and security.

We also count visits, popular pages, source categories, device types and approximate countries or regions to understand operation and improve content. Country or region is inferred using a local IP-location database, not GPS; the lookup does not require sending visitor IP addresses to the database provider.

Application-level daily visitor deduplication uses a hash with a salt changed each day. IP addresses in recent-visit records are partially masked. This does not mean servers never receive full IP addresses or that all records are anonymous. Application statistics are separate from server, proxy and cloud-platform security logs.

2.2 Website feedback

We process the product, category, title, description, optional contact details, publication choice, submission time, handling status and communications to investigate issues, reply, evaluate suggestions and follow up. An address-derived rate-limit identifier helps prevent abusive repeated submissions.

You can submit without contact details, although further verification or direct replies may not be possible. Do not submit unrelated passwords, identity-document numbers, financial details or other sensitive information, or provide someone else’s information without authority.

2.3 Public feedback summaries

Only after you actively opt in and we review the content do we display an edited title, summary, response, product, status and update time. We do not directly publish the complete original report or contact field, and remove unnecessary personal information. Declining publication does not affect internal handling. You can withdraw publication consent by email.

2.4 Email, editorial submissions and recruitment

When you send email, we receive the sender address, message, attachments and attribution or contact details you provide. We use them for the relevant support, business or media enquiry, editorial review or job assessment. Publication and attribution are confirmed separately. Additional recruitment information is explained when needed; additional purposes such as a future talent pool require a separate choice.

An email link normally opens your mail application; you decide whether to send the message.

2.5 Internal accounts and writing workspace

We process account email, display name, role, authorised products, password-verification data, sessions and necessary activity records for permissions, authentication and editorial collaboration. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.

Login security records contain time, outcome, IP address, inferred country or region, browser and device information for detecting anomalies, managing sessions and investigating unauthorised access. Articles, author credits, drafts and uploads support editing, publication and recovery.

Product partners may handle feedback and documentation only within their permissions and cannot read the dedicated feedback contact field. If you put contact details in the main text, authorised product-support personnel may still see them; use the dedicated field instead.

2.6 Hachi beta applications

Applications use a Feishu form. It collects your answers about devices and platforms; experience with to-do tools, AI companions and other AI products and how you use them; desired Hachi assistance, contact frequency, tone and response length; willingness to discuss testing feedback; social-chat frequency and approximate message volume; email and nickname; age or education/employment status options; gender options; and additional suggestions or free-text responses.

Device details, habits and preferences come from your answers, not from scanning your phone or reading contacts or chat histories through this form. The gender question includes a “prefer not to disclose” option.

Email is used for invitations or later platform-test contact; nicknames link applications to invitations. iPhone applicants are asked for the email corresponding to the Apple ID used for the App Store; other applicants may provide their usual email. Never provide an Apple ID password or verification code.

Responses support recruitment selection, invitations, test feedback and product research. As the form states, chat frequency and message volume are used for sample statistics, not to decide eligibility. Required questions are marked; incomplete answers may prevent submission. Not applying does not restrict website browsing. Later platform-test contact is limited to testing you applied for; other promotional uses require separate consent.

Feishu provides the form technology; its independently processed information is governed by its notices. If you use optional voice entry or similar features, review their permissions and processing notices. Submitting an application does not give blanket permission for processing within Hachi or any game client.

3. Grounds for processing and choices

We identify the applicable lawful ground for each activity, including necessity for a service you request, legal obligations, or informed consent. We do not indiscriminately apply these grounds to all processing.

You may refuse or withdraw consent to optional processing without affecting public browsing or features that do not need the information. Analytics beyond what is necessary for operation, security or another lawful purpose must have the required authorisation and appropriate choices; acceptance of this Policy alone does not establish consent.

Where a new purpose, data category or method requires renewed consent, we will explain it and obtain consent first.

4. Cookies and local storage

Administrative login uses a session cookie currently valid for 8 hours; logout or security actions can invalidate it earlier. Browser storage remembers interface language, keeps unsaved editing backups and stores local high scores and related state for the login-page game.

You may clear or restrict these items through your browser. You may need to sign in again or reset language, and unsynchronised drafts may be lost. Local data can remain until updated or deleted by the feature or cleared by you. Sign out and clear local backups as appropriate on shared devices.

Before introducing advertising or other non-essential cookies or SDKs, we will explain them and obtain consent where required.

5. Location and retention

5.1 The website servers, business database and backups we manage are in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, using Alibaba Cloud servers. Email and form platforms also process information within their own services; the website server location does not describe all of their storage arrangements.

5.2 We retain information for the shortest period needed for its purpose, without one fixed number of months for all business records. We reassess need after feedback or enquiries and necessary follow-up conclude; editorial review and agreed publishing arrangements end; the relevant recruitment process ends; or beta recruitment, testing and later invitations you requested conclude. With no other lawful basis to retain it, information is promptly deleted or anonymised. Published articles remain for their agreed publication period.

5.3 Account termination revokes access and triggers removal of unnecessary data. Business content, attribution or security evidence that must remain is handled according to its separate purpose and lawful basis. Backups are retained on a rolling basis only as needed for recovery and security, then overwritten or deleted, not kept indefinitely merely because they are backups.

5.4 Current application settings: the latest 200 recent-visit records are held in process memory and cleared on restart; daily deduplication identifiers change each day; minute statistics use a 2-day cleanup window; popular-page and visitor-dimension totals use 31 days; daily traffic totals use 120 days; login events older than 180 days are deleted when cleanup runs.

5.5 Those statistics and login-event settings do not replace legally required network-security logs. Server, proxy and cloud logs are retained according to their category, necessary purpose and statutory period. Legal holds or unresolved disputes extend retention only as necessary.

5.6 If deletion is due but temporarily prevented by legal retention or technical constraints, we stop processing other than necessary storage and security protection and act once the obstacle is removed.

6. Access and service providers

6.1 Internal access follows job responsibilities. Access to feedback contacts, accounts and security records is restricted; an administrative login does not grant all data access.

6.2 Alibaba Cloud supplies website servers and infrastructure, involving necessary network requests and business data we store. The domain’s inbound mail routing uses NetEase Enterprise Mail, processing addresses, messages and attachments needed for delivery and storage. Feishu supplies the beta form and processes application responses and information necessary to operate its platform.

6.3 NiseMMD partner LIGA assists with documentation and feedback within its permissions and may see that product’s feedback text and handling status, but not the dedicated contact field. Within this collaboration, LIGA must follow our processing requirements and may not independently expand purposes or scope. Any provision of information to it as an independent handler will follow the applicable prior notice and authorisation procedure.

6.4 For entrusted processing, we establish the legally required purposes, scope, duration, safeguards and return or deletion requirements, and oversee compliance. A platform’s independent activities follow its own notices without removing our obligations.

6.5 We do not sell personal information. Provision to another independent handler or public disclosure follows applicable notice and authorisation procedures unless another lawful ground applies. If a merger or similar event requires transfer, we explain the recipient and arrangements.

7. External resources and international transfers

The website links to stores, Feishu, Tencent Docs and social platforms, which process information generated there under their rules. Loading third-party images or similar resources in articles may send the resource provider an IP address, requested address and browser information.

This Policy does not obtain blanket authorisation for international transfers. Before we arrange an overseas transfer, we will provide legally required details about the recipient, contacts, purposes, methods, data categories and rights channels, and complete applicable safeguards and authorisations. Your independent visit to an overseas platform does not authorise us to send it other personal information.

8. Security

We use measures appropriate to our services, including access controls, salted password hashes, session protection, request validation and abnormal-access limits, and check their effectiveness. For actual or possible leakage, alteration or loss, we act promptly and make legally required notifications and reports.

Internet risks cannot be eliminated completely. Protect credentials and avoid unnecessary sensitive submissions; this reminder does not reduce our legal protection duties.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may seek information and explanations, access or copy data, correct or supplement it, request deletion, restriction, refusal of processing or transfer when conditions are met, withdraw optional or publication consent, and request termination of an internal account.

Email cs@yunheculture.com with “Personal information rights request” in the subject and necessary identifying details such as a feedback reference, date or relevant email. We perform proportionate identity checks without unnecessarily requesting unrelated material and respond within applicable legal time limits. If we cannot fulfil a request, we explain why and available remedies. You may complain to a competent authority or seek judicial relief.

Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Disabling an account, hiding feedback and deleting information are different actions; expressly request deletion if that is what you need.

10. Minors

The website serves the general public and authorised personnel. The beta form includes an “under 18” status option; selecting it is not guardian consent.

Minors should use services with guardian guidance. Before a child under 14 submits personal information, their guardian should contact us so that appropriate notices, guardian consent and child-information procedures can be completed. If we discover processing without legally required guardian consent, we investigate and take appropriate steps such as stopping processing or deleting the data, unless law provides otherwise.

Dedicated child-facing features will have specific rules. Standalone games and applications have their own minor-protection arrangements.

11. Policy updates

We update this Policy as services, actual processing or law changes and publish update and effective dates. Material changes to purposes, categories, disclosures or rights channels will be highlighted. Required renewed consent is obtained before processing starts. Continued public browsing does not imply consent to new optional processing.
